Social activity of PJSC «DEEP» is focused on revival spiritual and cultural values of the person, professional growth of employees of the enterprise, creation favorable conditions for work and resting, worthy of material remuneration for high-quality executed labor.

Under the scheme of social safety net workers at the plant the following arrangements are held:

  • the guaranteed payments of material aid at a birth of the child at a rate of 10 000 UAH;
  • recovery workers and employees' children and their families;
  • the social package of privileges, guaranteed for the enterprises of orthodox industrial association;
  • improvement of workers' job conditions (delivery factory workers to and from work; repair of work places; supply of factory workers the fresh water, full maintenance clothes (taking into account a season);
  • course profile education and further training of employees;
  • there is a shop with discount prices on the territory of the enterprise;
  • for employees, who work in the workshops with insalubrious production dairy production is organized free of charge;

All activity of OJSC «Donetskiy Electrical Engineering Plant» is based on Christian values and spiritual traditions of Orthodoxy. Working closely with the temple Martyr and Healer Panteleymon, factory workers have become active members of the Orthodox community, assumed the lead in the Parish Council, brought into working life of enterprise a fresh stream of spirituality, charity, philanthropy, responsibility for their conscientious work for the benefit of all workers of orthodox industrial association.

The plant created Department of Social Development, which leads projects of charity, education workers, organizes the work with the objects of guardianship, the enterprise retirees, the invalids, families with many children, single mothers, etc.

The main areas of collaboration of the Orthodox community and the leadership of the company are:

  • carrying for creating and maintaining morale statutes in the team.
  • religious, patriotic, moral, cultural, education workers.
  • development and implementation of joint social programs, participation in charity events, mercy affairs.
  • joint development of acts, orders and decisions relevant to the life of the Orthodox community and factory workers.
  • activity on prevention of offenses, violations of labor discipline.
  • carrying for the spiri­tual and physical health of employees.
  • support of family, motherhood, childhood.

It has become a good tradition, within the corporate culture of enterprise, to organize for workers festive programs and events, dated to the Orthodox and secular holidays. With the special solemnity there are such holidays as Easter Sunday, Christmas, Holy Week of the Myrrh-bearers, Memorial Day of Martyr and Healer Panteleymon, professional holiday - Day of Machinist at the enterprise. With growth of spirituality of employees at the enterprise resurrects such kind of orthodox activity, as pilgrimage on Holy places of native land. Factory workers have visited the Svyatogorsk Laurel St. Nikolsky Monastery (village Nikolskoe), the church of the Ascension of Christ (town Izyum), the holy well of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker and icons Peschanska St. Mary.
